About Sarah- Birthday thoughts May 12, 2006

Today would have been Sarah’s 18th birthday. I remember the joy we felt when she was born. Granted who wouldn’t feel joy after a C-section following 24 hours of induced labor?
Even so, I would relive that day a million times, if I could. There is no emotion more pure than the love of new parents toward their first baby. The wonder of birth transforms you forever.
May all babies be wanted and loved in the same way that we wanted and love Sarah and Anna.
